Sneak Peak at Podcasts we’ve recorded so far!
We still have a lot to do before launch, but we have so much work done already! Our website is now up, our studio is almost finished, and we’ve already recorded a few great episodes! Our plan is to launch with at least 6 episodes out of the gate, and then move to a bi-weekly release schedule.
Until then, I thought we’d give you a sneak peak at the guests we’ve interviewed so far so you can get an impression of the broad scope of people we’ve been talking to.
Jayme Hall & Philip Appleby
Jayme and Philip met at New Brunswick Bible Institute in 1999 and a chance meeting a few years later revealed that God had laid on both of their hearts a desire to help the poor. They decided to start by meeting once a week in downtown St John to give food to the poor, and over a decade later, they have grown to a full-service ministry to the homeless that includes overnight accommodations, meals, vocational training and even a dental clinic!
One8Tea
Teah Bailey A.K.A. One8tea (Pronounced 180) is a hip hop artist from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He began as a serious hip hop artist in 1995 immediately picking up speed in the east coast club and university circuit. His life quickly spiraled out of control and he found himself addicted to drugs and losing everything. He entered a faith based rehab program in New Brunswick called Teen Challenge and there he received Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He changed his name to One8tea as a representation of the u-turn and change in his life. “Doing a 180 is the definition of repentance” Turning from your old ways. He now preaches the gospel through his music!
